1 x 30grams   dried Kacip Fatimah leaves


  Kacip Fatimah is a small, woody and leafy plant (see picture above) with leaves of 20 cm (7.9 in) in length, and grows widely in the shade of the tropical forest floor.

The plant is used in traditional medicine of the Malay community, in which it's believed to contain benefits relating to women's health.

Kacip Fatimah is rich in phytoestrogens and can regulate the physiology of women effectively.

It is well known here in Malaysia for its aphrodisiac affect on women, increasing a women’s libido.

There are many other medicinal uses to it. like strengthen, rejuvenate and improve one’s health as well as medical ability to treat certain illnesses.

How to use the stems?

*Soak about 2g of the stems over night in water
*Boil/simmer the stems the next day for 30 minutes in about 500 ml of water.
*Let the tea cool down, remove the plant parts and drink.

How to use the leaves?

*Add about 2g of the leaves into a cup.
*Add about 200ml of boiling hot water.
*Let the tea cool down, remove the plant parts and drink. The taste is very similar to green tea.

Drink 5 days and rest 2 days.
