Item is brand new, in sealed box.  Box does have some wear.  I tried to document wear marks in the pictures.  Overall, packaging is not bad, but also not great.  Please look over all pictures to help you make a decision if this is a good item for you.

Please keep in mind this is a collectible item imported from Japan and the box is almost entirely in Japanese.
