The robe is in good used condition it does have a tear under the armpit that needs to be repaired with by sewing it it's the right armpit the laying flat measurements from armpit to armpit or 24 in from top of the robe to the bottom of the robe is 35 in the sleeves are 12in long from under armpit to the end of them and they are 11 in wide so 22in in circular circumference
