I bought this stunning Carlo Viani ring from ShopNBC close to 20 years ago. Though I lovingly wore this ring a couple of times, the original turquoise fell out almost immediately.

I had to have the turquoise replaced and the prongs fixed by a professional jeweler, because even though the ring was brand new, ShopNBC would not honor replacing the defective item. The rest of the years, it’s been safely in jewelry storage.

The main and biggest stone is a gorgeous Native American turquoise with a brown matrix; the rest of the ring is all in its original form with an adornment of sapphires and amethysts completing this exquisite creation, all in 14K Rose Gold.

NOTE: This is a delicate ring and is not meant to be worn as an everyday ring. I learned this, the hard way.

This designer ring is so much more beautiful in person.
