  • If you have a crooked front tooth, they fit because of the molding bars. You're best off wearing one of the two.
  • If you wear dentures, you have to shape the molds to your teeth to wear them. The prongs in the back can be adjusted, which may allow it to work.
  • If you feel loose-fitting, PLS search for a quick video showing how to mold them. If it is still loose fitting, please send it back.
  • If you feel bad, please take a couple of hours to get used to it. Varies from person to person.
  • Suppose you have a question about if it fits everyone. It should work if the teeth are average or slightly more significant than average, but if it's a smaller-than-average mouth, it may be too big for them. You can bend the grill to fit your mouth, which helps it provide a more extensive range of teeth.

How to get the perfect mold for your grill?

 

  • Clean your teeth thoroughly: Before placing the golden grill on your teeth, brush and floss your teeth thoroughly to ensure your teeth are in optimal health.
  • Gently bend the grill to fit the shape of your mouth and teeth. You can start by sliding the bottom half of the grill onto your next set of teeth, then use the mirroring technique to fit the top half onto your previous set of teeth.
  • Insert the silicon molding bar in between the back prongs of the grill. Gently adjust the back hooks of the grill so that the molding bar fits tightly.
  • Boil water and place the molding bar and grill together in hot water. (165F°-175F°）
  • Wait about 20-30 seconds or until the molding bars become clear.
  • Firmly place the grill onto your teeth and adjust if necessary. Then wait about 1 minute for the molding bar to harden. Make sure it fits securely and doesn't move or slide when you talk, eat, or move your mouth in any way.
 

Note:

  • Periodically check the grill for cracks, loose diamonds, or gems, and replace them as needed.
  • Take it off and store it safely when not in use.
