This is a TID-132V HD-TVI 2MP 1080p Indoor Dome Camera 2.8-12mm Megapixel Lens NTSC. It has a 1/2.8 Sensor, ICR, UTC,OSD,DC12V. The base is 5 1/4" in diameter. The camera is used and has a crack in the base, see photos. There is a bit of grit inside the dome here and there. It still works. The connection wires shown are included. Sorry, no instructions.
