When I lived in TX, the PEDERNALES Electric Company
gave out these
POUCH PALS
(when or if you paid your bill in person) each month.
So they were fun to collect.
Some have keychains on them and a zippered pouch.
Some do not have keychains but have a hook-and-loop fastener to get into the pouch.
The pouch allows you to put change in it
or whatever else you want.
Maybe a secret note...
NOT for kids under 8yo it says on pouch pals with keychains and zippers...also says Made in China.
Good for ALL ages for pouch pals with the hook-and-eye closure and no keychains.
They average in length about 4-7" range
I've got about 35 of these.
