Back To Base warranty – It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.

A proof of purchase will be emailed to the buyer on request, please keep it as you will need this for any warranty claim.
When sending an item for repair/replace please remember to add your details so we can find you easily. If possible add a written description of the problem, reason for return.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

After the auction/sale is closed, the winners should contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 5 days.
 Any refund, returned of non-defective item(s) is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price.
