You are looking at a retired Village 56 Halloween village figurine. Mummy Mischief. He is supposed to spin but he doesn't seem to be working but I will add his chord in with him in case you want to see if you can get him to work. Even if he doesn't spin he is such an adorable add to your Halloween village. Other then not spinning he is perfect no cracks or chips. The box is a bit dented but he is just fine.
