Bizen-yaki（Bizen ware）？
Bizen-yaki is made by molding each piece of high quality ceramic clay, drying it and then baking it without painting or glaze. It is a pottery that shows the earthy taste well.
The landscape of the ceramist is rich with variations such as sesame seeds, yamagiri, scarlet tasuki, and botamochi, but these are Bizen-yaki (Bizen ware) with their hard stoneware, which is baked slowly for seven to ten days and nights with the power of a thousand and several hundred degrees of fire, as well as the way they are stuffed and the burning of pine wood, which is the fuel.
On the other hand, it can be said that there is no one with the same shape and taste.

What is Tokkuri?
Tokkuri is a sake vessel with a thin neck and a swollen bottom, and is used to pour sake into a sake cup. There are various theories about the origin of the word, but it is also said that it was named because sake makes a "tokuritokuri" sound when being poured.

Tokkuri (sake bottle) is a traditional sake container in Japan. It is said that the taste of Japanese sake changes depending on the sake vessel. By choosing a particular tokkuri, you can enjoy sake even more.

I think the sake bottle has a good atmosphere and the well-baked surface is covered with yellow and brown sesame-like grains. This sesame-like grains is made by blowing ash from pine wood during firing and glazing (vitrification) the ash with high heat.

JUN ISESAKI was born in Bizen in 1936. 
He was the second son of Yozan ISEZAKI, a maker of Bizen ware.
After graduating from the Specially Prepared Art Department of Okayama University, he studied under his father.
He has received numerous awards including the Konju Toyo Prize.
He was the fifth person to be designated as a Living National Treasure for Bizen ware. 

This tokkuri has an atmosphere, and I think it's a work with a good atmosphere, with yellow and brown sesame seeds on the well-baked skin. There is a lump of sesame. Both boxes have a little natural burn.
