What network can I use the device on?
We sell only fully unlocked devices!So you will not have any issues using your new phone with any network operator within North America.The devices we sell are US-market spec and we guarantee that they will work with any carrier within North America. For customers in Europe and other countries - please confirm with us first before placing your order.
How do I activate the device?
We include activation instructions with each device we ship. But basically, all you need to do is install your SIM card into the device. Orders do not include SIM cards because they carry information specific to your plan and allow your device to connect with your network. If you do not already have a SIM card or your current one is not working, please visityour local network carrier store for assistance.
Every device is comprehensively tested with Phonecheckdiagnostic software and a multipoint diagnostic device history report is created and stored for each phone that we sell. We want to be 100% sure that your device arrives fully functional and ready to use as described.

Are your devices water-resistant?
We cannot guarantee water resistance on any of our devices.

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship free of charge using FEDEX priority 2-day shipping. A tracking number will be provided after the order is shipped. Please note, sometimes your order might take 3 days to arrive, depending on when it was placed.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
What is included with my order?
Besides the purchased device,a generic wall charger, cable and pin will be included. Your order WILL NOTinclude original retail box, original accessories, or SIM card.
Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Wehave thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive would not be possible.
Can you send me the IMEI of a device?
