Royal Mail 48hr Tracked- £2.99

This service provided by Royal Mail is a fully tracked service from the time it is despatched by us to the time it turns up to your door. This service includes an SMS or Email notification prior to delivery to ensure you are in for collection.

DPD Next Working Day 1hr timeslot- £8.33*

Our premium DPD service gives you a 1-hour time slot! You’ll also be able to track your parcel from the time your item is despatched till 15 minutes before arrival.

*Price per 10kg to Mainland UK Only! Please send us a message if your delivery address is outside of mainland UK we will then price delivery accordingly.

Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the very same day, subject to stock availability.
Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2:30pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Items are not despatched on weekends.

Should you wish to return any of the items you have purchased from us then you will need to adhere to the following procedure;

1. Please message us stating the reason for the return of the goods.

2. Once the email has been received a member of our team will then send you a returns form which will need to be completed and sent with the returned items.

3. Enclosed in the email will be a returns note number along with our returns address. These will need to be shown clearly on the package.

PLEASE NOTE: our returns address is different to our registered company address.

4. All goods have to be returned in a re-saleable condition including the original boxes and packaging.

5. The delivery of all items that are returned to us will be at your cost.

6. Once we have received the goods all items will undergo testing to determine the resale of the goods.

7. If we are 100% happy with the condition of the returned items and they pass all testing, we will refund the amount minus the original delivery charge and a 10% handling charge will occur.

If you change your mind about the item you have just paid for and the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse you can get 100% of the item price refunded straight away. However if your items have already been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to adhere to the returns instructions above.

If your goods are returned to us after 14 Days then we will not be able to process the return of the goods unless the items are faulty.
