Bizen-yaki（Bizen ware）？
Bizen-yaki is made by molding each piece of high quality ceramic clay, drying it and then baking it without painting or glaze. It is a pottery that shows the earthy taste well.
The landscape of the ceramist is rich with variations such as sesame seeds, yamagiri, scarlet tasuki, and botamochi, but these are Bizen-yaki (Bizen ware) with their hard stoneware, which is baked slowly for seven to ten days and nights with the power of a thousand and several hundred degrees of fire, as well as the way they are stuffed and the burning of pine wood, which is the fuel.
On the other hand, it can be said that there is no one with the same shape and taste.

TADASHI YOSHIMOTO was Born in Bizen in 1943. 
He studied under Kei FUJIWARA, a Living National Treasure, as a private pupil for 19 years.
He built a kiln and became independent in 1975.
He has received numerous awards including the Konju Toyo Prize.
He is a regular member of the Japan Art Crafts Association.
Intangible cultural property of Okayama Prefecture.

This flower vase has an atmosphere, and the tanning is done with the scarlet tasuki on the well-baked skin, making it a work with a good atmosphere. Both boxes have a little natural burn.
