This 2-piece design threads into the center of the secondary clutch till fully seated, you will then push on the handle downwards to release the belt tension and remove or install your belt in a quick time. No more destroying your clutches or breaking tools, this design makes it quick and easy to change your belt anywhere with no extra tools.
