Returns-If you want to return an item and receive a refund per Ebay policy, we will want you to return the item. Please remember that YOU must pay the shipping back to me with delivery confirmation per Ebay policy. After  the item has been returned, then your refund will be made through Paypal. 

Restocking fee- We will be charging a restocking fee for any returns. Minimun fee will be $10. We will inform you of the total fee when you contact us about a return. 

Software purchases- There are NO returns on ANY software. Be sure to ask questions before buying.
