This is a vintage L.E. Smith glass toothpick holder child's creamer. The color is Antique Green. The MPN is #3520. This is a Child's Creamer toothpick holder from the 1970's. It is about 3 1/8 inches long (including the handle and spout) by 2 inches wide by 2 3/8 inches tall. There are no chips or cracks. There are some air bubbles in the glass.
