The Coins of Two Historic Moments

To mark the Platinum Jubilee, Royal Mint has created a limited-edition set that unites two coins from two historic moments in Her Majesty The Queen’s record-breaking reign. In 1977 the mint struck a commemorative crown to mark The Queen’s first jubilee, and in 2022 this has continued the tradition with a crown honoring the Platinum Jubilee and Her Majesty’s 70 years of service. These coins have been united in a limited-edition set, presented in a wallet that explores the obverse and reverse designs created for these special coins.
