This is the Honolulu Centennial Celebration gift set that was issued in 2005 by the City & County of Honolulu, Hawaii.  It was a year long celebration to commemorate their 100 years, 1905-2005.  This item is new but has been sitting in my storage for years.  The outer shrink wrap is missing, the paper size is 5" x 5", there are 100 single sheets of decorated note paper.  Great Hawaii collectible!
