IWC Bombe lugs Vintage automatic stainless steel case ,some rust on the case back in lugs areas.Older refinished dial ,IWC crown.Gold hands  and 12 o'clock marker.Automatic good working 21j.5adj.movement ,as movement loads from the top of the case.
