INSTRUCTION TO USE:

• Thoroughly brush teeth & floss before treatment.
• Each Tube has four treatment doses (Containing 2.2ml. Gel), use approximately 0.6ml.per custom made tray.
• Express the contents evenly in each tooth compartment into the deepest portion of the custom made tray. Do not over fill the tray.
• Seat the tray with gel firmly over the teeth with the care not to push all of the gelout.
• Wipe off any excess whitening gel to remove all gel from gums or gum line.
• Wear the filled tray for the treatment period as instructed by Dentist.
• After treatment remove the tray, brush and rinse the gel from your teeth and tray.

PACKAGING:

• 10% Carbamide peroxide gel:- 4-8hours for 4-6times.
• 16% Carbamide peroxide gel:- 2-4hours for 4-6times.
• 22% Carbamide peroxide gel:- 1-3hours for 4-6times
• 35% Carbamide peroxide gel:- 30minutes - 1 hour for 2-3times.
• 4 x 2.2ml Tubes

Treatment should be given minimum at the interval of one day.
