FS Series 2 PV modules are tested and certified per IEC 61646 for a maximum system voltage of 1000V.

To maximize performance, modules should be located in an area that receives direct sunlight from mid-morning to mid-afternoon (typically 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Avoid locating the modules where shadows may be caused by buildings, trees, etc.

First Solar FS Series 2 PV Modules are preconfigured with industry standard connectors that are “touch proof” with all live parts protected against accidental contact and protected against polarity reversal. The connectors are UV and weather resistant from –40°C to +90°C, and rated for 1000VDC (600VDC UL) and 20A

First Solar FS Series 2 PV Modules have no exposed conductive surfaces and do not require equipment grounding.

These smaller wattage panels with a super slim profile at only 7mm are very popular with the boating and camper van folk, equally they can be used for domestic use on your home and will look very smart indeed. 

We have the special clips available (pre-used) for these panels that allows then to be bolted down to conventional solar panel mounting rails or substrate of your choice, they are £1.50 each and are shown in the advert photo's.
