This is for top quality, certified and fully plant passported bare root Walnut (Juglans Regia) saplings.

Walnut is a wonderful choice for a stand-alone tree or as part of a native hedge mix. 

This beautiful tree produces early large olive green leaves and when mature walnuts in Autumn which are loved by wildlife. 

Happy to grow in most soils and totally hardy, Walnut makes a super addition to mixed hedgerows. 

We recommend 5 plants per metre in a double zig-zag row mixed with other native plants for a thick hedge, but you can get away with 3-4 per metre in a staggered row if you don’t mind waiting an extra year or two to form a thick hedge. 

Alternatively, you might wish to plant in groups of three or five for a natural look. Simply order the number of plants you need - the more you order the cheaper each plant becomes!

For best results plant with Rootgrow gel – it increases the growth rate by up to 50% and really helps the plants establish.
