A scarce combined two volume copy of "The Letters from the North of Italy. Addressed to Henry Hallam" written by the British poet, translator and member of parliament William Stewart Rose.
The discursive letters within this two volume collection are addressed to Henry Hallam who was am English historian.
CONDITION
In half calf binding with marbled paper covered boards. Some bumping to the spine and fading to the extremities. Rear hinge is loose. Bookplate to front pastedown. Library stamp and markigs to the reverse of the title page. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with scattered spots throughout.
