These unique and personalised portraits make a lovely Christmas, Father's day, mother's day, anniversary, valentines or birthday gift/ keepsake. The pictures are either in JPEG format that I email you to print at home or as A4 or A3 photo prints ( UNFRAMED) . 

HOW TO ORDER:

Once you have paid for the print I will get in touch with my email address for you to send the photo. For best results a clear photo(s) is needed (high-resolution). I do offer a photo enhancement service free of charge where appropriate.If you would like to check if the photo is suitable or can be enhanced before purchasing you are welcome to get in touch first. If you would like more than one person on the picture but from different photos, I can usually accommodate this.  Please get in touch first however with the photos you would like to use. For over 8 people please get in touch to discuss how we could do the layout and for a quote. 

You can add in captions or text to your picture e.g. name, dates. I will get in touch after you have ordered to explain things further if need be. If you would like pets added to your picture please get in touch before ordering.

I aim to get a draft emailed to you in 1-5 days and then I need confirmation that the print is OK to send so I have put 7 working days to dispatch. If I do not hear back from customers by 7 working days I will issue a refund and they can re-purchase when they are ready. Once you are happy with your picture I will either email the JPEG over to you or print and send out the hard copy/copies.  

The prints come as digital downloads (JPEG sent by email), or as unframed prints in A4 or A3 in size (printed onto A4 or A3 quality photo paper).For A3 size the images need to be as clear as possible or they will become very blurry/pixilated when blown up to A3 size. If you would like to check your photos before ordering then you can send them over to check if A3 is suitsble.

Pictures are posted 2nd class in an A4 or A3 'do not bend' envelope inside a plastic wallet. You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class post or 'next day by 1pm' post on the final page of check out, after your details have been entered. Please note that if you choose to upgrade to a faster postage this does not mean that I dispatch the next day. It just means it will arrive more promptly once posted. If you require an express service i.e. you need your picture to arrive as soon as possible then please contact me before purchasing and I will give you an esimated waiting time and a quote.
