"Can I use this stove in my summer house/shed//etc.?"
These stoves are advertised as a workshop / garage heaters - intended for a room where people are present only temporarily
 if you decide to use it at home that's fine but please keep in mind that it is your responsibility. 
I am not saying they are dangerous but you'll need some knowledge to use these stoves at home. 

The stove needs the chimney to work properly. Please keep it mind when you lit the fire in it.

If you have no knowledge about the stoves and you are going to hire professional, please consult the purchase with your installer before you buy. 
Don't try to surprise him with the cheapest stove you found on eBay.
