Arabian Horse Wind-Up  No. 5 harness Race Germany DGM.  This toy appears to be in good condition.  I believe that it is from the 1930's-1940''s era.  The paint looks original and some is missing.  The reins and the whip are missing. The rubber around the tires are missing.  I do not have the key to see if it will work.  What I can say is that it is trying to work so that is a positive.  The tail moves and directs the wheel under the horse to move in a certain direction.  The materials appear to be metal, plastic and some sort of composite.  Please contact with any questions.
