Our warehouse is located on the corner of Princes Hwy and Wedgewood Road (behind Nitro Gym and Xanadu Play Centre and opposite the Animal Emergency Centre AEC). Please enter via the driveway on Wedgewood Road as this will make it easier to find us.
If your item is DOA (dead on arrival) or faulty upon receipt, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund (excluding postage costs). You must contact us within 7 days outlining the problem. We will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA#) which must be included in the return package. Please also include your invoice, name, address and a contact telephone number. All returns are to be sent back to us within 14 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging, accessories and instructions and must still be in a new and unused condition. Return postage costs are payable by the buyer.
