4. Buyers themselves track their parcel on the website of the shipping company, and correspond/negotiate with it in case of delay in delivery or questions to you. It will be better if you tell them how best to contact you by phone or e-mail.

5. We do not process any customs documents, because we do not have access to them, eBay does this after you complete the purchase. We recommend that you immediately indicate your working contact numbers and e-mail so that you can be contacted.
