Item has been used , I don't see anything damaged. It might have couple minor scratches from use. But it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents. This lens hood is fully operational and functions as intended.  I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10. 

Please note that I don't know what lens it might fit. ID is 61mm. It is too small for 58mm rim, but it slips over 55mm rim. Again, I have no idea what brand or what model lens it was made for. Look at the pictures above.
