Featured in the the Spring 2013 campaign on Edie Campbell, this plaid pajama dress embodies what Vogue described as the "they were stripped down and irony-free" clothes of Marc Jacobs's Spring 2013 runway collection.

This dress is the 1950's nightwear dragged into the 2010's nightlife. Featuring two pockets on the hips and one at the chest, it instantly captures the Americana of pajamas, but the fabric, finish, and belt give this a jolt of sex appeal –an act of perverting the Christianity of the 1950's bedroom dressing that only Marc Jacobs can believably pull off.

A true statement piece of evening wear. Layer it under a vintage fur or long, belted cashmere coat for an even more dramatic effect.
