Kennen Sie diese Symptome?

Nachdem Sie das Fahrzeug starten funktioniert meist die Servounterstützung noch, aber dann fällt sie plötzlich aus und die Lenkrad Kontrolllampe beginnt zu leuchten.


Der Grund, dass der Servomotor nicht funktioniert ist in den meisten Fällen der Ausfall der beiden Relais (2 Stück auf der Platine im Elektromotor). Die Relais werden bei jeder Lenkradbewegung beansprucht und verschleißen mit der Zeit. Oft sind es kalte Lötstellen, oder defekte Relais. Bei Fiat wird nur die komplette Lenkeinheit getauscht, welche mit gut 1.000,-€ zu Buche schlägt.

 

Nun die gute Nachricht - hier gibt es die Lösung:

Die Bauteile lassen sich relativ einfach austauschen und die Servolenkung funktioniert dann in den meisten Fällen wieder!  Hier gibt es die Relais für den Servomotor Stellmotor Servolenkung für alle Fiat Punto 188 der Baujahre 09/1999 - 11/2002 mit elektrischer City Funktion Servohilfe.


Die folgende Abbildung zeigt das Relais aus zwei Perspektiven. Zum Einen die Oberseite mit Typenbezeichnung und zum Anderen die Unterseite mit Pin-Belegung. Geliefert wird die Anzahl, welche Sie in der Kaufabwicklung eingeben.

 

Im Normalfall benötigen Sie für die Reparatur 2 Stück dieser Relais.

After you start the vehicle, the power assist usually works, but then it suddenly fails and the steering wheel indicator lamp starts to light up.

The reason that the servomotor does not work in most cases is the failure of the two relays (2 on the circuit board in the electric motor). The relays are stressed with every steering wheel movement and wear out over time. It is often cold solder joints or defective relays. At Fiat, only the complete steering unit is exchanged, which costs a good € 1,000.

Now the good news - here is the solution:
