Shipping Services
Items 3kg and Under are Shipped using Yodel 72 Hour- If you want
your item leaving in a safe place you must let us know before it
ships (send us a separate message right after you ordered) otherwise
we cannot add instructions.
Items Over 3kg are Shipped using Yodel 24 Hour. This service requires a signature
it cannot be left in a safe place! It can be left with a neighbour or
rearranged for another day.
Please Note: Heavier items might be sent in separate packages.
Please Note: If you need to cancel an order, change the order
address, send us a separate message, NOT in the order. This must be done before
07:30am, as the orders are automatically processed at 7:30am the following
morning. Failure to do so will result in the item having to be returned to us,
at a cost of £7.44, which will be deducted from the refund you receive.
Please Note: If for any reason your courier item has to be returned to us, i.e.
If you fail to respond to Courier Calling Cards, or Emails regarding Missed
Deliveries, fail to pickup from collection depot, or if you refuse a delivery
(excluding broken items) it will be at a fee in which we incur of £7.44 per
item. This will subsequently be deducted from any refunds you require. If you
receive an email regarding a missed delivery, but have not been left a card, or
do not believe it was attempted, contact us right away, as this will count as
Failing to Respond to Emails Regarding Missed Deliveries, therefore incurring
the return charge also.
Returns
Read all the information below carefully before purchasing any item/s
from our store to avoid any inconvenience after-sale. (This is a legal-contract
between the buyer and seller). We stand by our Simple Returns Policy, if you
are not happy with your purchase; we accept returns within the first 30 days.
(Please note this does not include items which have been used and damaged by
the buyer).
Buyer is responsible for Returns Postage, unless there is a problem with
the item.
Returning an unwanted item for exchange or refund
If you have changed your mind about the item you have received, you can
return it back to us for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days. The
item needs to be in a new/unused condition in order to receive a full refund or
exchange. All packaging and additional parts (including tags) will also need to
be attached when sending the item back. Without tags attached of Complete
Packaging in Original Condition we cannot resell the item. If the item has been
used or damaged we reserve the right to charge a discretionary restocking fee.
The item needs to be in a re-saleable condition to receive any refund. Buyer is
responsible to return the item back to us intact. To make sure the item is
received, please use appropriate postage service. Please DO NOT return items to
us if you have already taken the tags off or damaged the packing, as we cannot
issue a refund.
What happens if the item is not as described?
If you believe we have missed anything out, or the item you received is
not as described on the listing, please CONTACT US before opening a case or
leaving a NEGATIVE feedback. We will be happy to accept your item back for a
full refund/replacement (per your request) if you believe it is not as
described, faulty, damaged or you have believe to have received an incorrect
item. *We try to list all items with the information provided by the
manufacturers, but sometimes colours shown on the pictures of items can differ
due to screen resolution and light effects used to take professional images.
Please do not forget that you can always contact us if you have any questions
before committing to buy the item.
What if the product I received is Damaged?
If the item is received damaged, you will need to report us within 45
days of receiving the item, We may require further proof in order to process a
replacement or refund. We can at our discretion ask the item to be returned
before any replacement or refund is issued, if the item is found to be misused
or damaged by the buyer we will not issue any refund or replace the item.
