Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon - Fri). Please allow 2-3 working days from day of purchase for your item to be delivered.
All orders received before 3:00pm will be dispatched on the same day if payment is confirmed.
Orders weighing less than 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Orders weighing more than 2kg are dispatched via DPD.
Next Day Delivery is available on all orders received before 1:30pm. Please select your preferred option during checkout.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to authorise the return. Once confirmed, please return the item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process the refund via PayPal. Any and all costs, for postage returns incurred by the buyer, will not be refunded. Any damage caused to the manufacturer's packaging will result in rejection of the return, this includes the manufacturer's seal being broken. We reserve the right to add a 25% re-stocking fee, at our discretion, for items returned that were wrongly ordered or no longer needed.
