We accept returns within 30 days. For a full refund, return the exact item purchased in the same condition in which it was received, with all supplied parts, accessories, labels, and original product packaging.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED? PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST
If your package or part arrives damaged, please send us an eBay Message before opening a return request so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Include photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping box, if available. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. You may still use eBay's return process if needed.
IMPORTANT: REFUND DEDUCTIONS UP TO 50%
If a return arrives used, installed, damaged, altered, incomplete, with missing original packaging, or otherwise in materially different condition, eligible refunds may be reduced by up to 50% to reflect the item's actual loss in value, as permitted by eBay's seller protections.
Any permitted deduction reflects the item's actual loss in value and return condition. These are NOT restocking fees.

If you need to return an item, open your request through eBay and select the return reason that truthfully describes the situation. If you received the part stated in your order, please do not select ?Wrong item sent? or claim that we shipped an incorrect part.
If you believe there was a genuine mistake, please explain the issue accurately and feel free to contact us through eBay Messages with details or photos. Intentionally false return claims may be reported to eBay.
NO TOLERANCE FOR INTENTIONAL ITEM SUBSTITUTION
Returns may be inspected to verify that the original purchased item was returned. Intentionally sending back a different part, a previously used part, or a substitute item is an abuse of the returns process.
Where the evidence indicates deliberate return fraud, we will report the buyer to eBay and permanently block that buyer from future purchases. Return disputes will be handled under eBay's applicable policies.
