One Valvo (/Philips) very early made ECC40 tube with Disc-Getter and black tube Code on glass bottom LC2 +6C = tube was manufactured in March 1956 in the Philips plant in Sittard / Holland. Very sought after audio tube with perfect test results:

1.) Emission, tested with calibrated Neuberger RPM 370/1 tube tester and calibrated Fluke multimeters:

Ua = 250V, Ug1 = -5,5V


System 1 = 6,9 mA (6 mA = new) = 115%

System 2 = 6,7 mA (6 mA = new) = 112%

Heater to cathode short test system 1 = OK, 0 mA

Heater to cathode short test system 2 = OK, 0 mA

Short test all tube electrodes system 1 = OK

Short test all tube electrodes system 2 = OK

Vacuum test system 1 & 2 = OK
