Vintage London Leather Music Jewelry Box Side Flaps Mirror Yellow Felt

Stands just over 11 inches tall and about 25 inches from the widest points side to side.

Front to back at its widest points is about 6 inches.

Estate sale find, in good condition. Great shape. I have lighted dusted the item, but have not cleaned it in anyway.

It is such a nice piece that with a little work, you can really bring it to life!

Regardless, this item will make a great addition to any collection.

Music box plays correctly and there are hooks in the middle compartment to hang necklaces etc. Nice melodic tune, unfortunately I have no idea what tune it is. Soothing tune though!

There are 8 drawers that are removable, intact and in great shape. The face of one of the drawers is slightly loose towards one side, but still holds and its not broken. Seems like the glue is no longer holding in that certain part due to age.

The yellow felt is in overall great shape and could use some fine detailing. Some of the felt has minor stains but in overall great shape.

The mirror is intact and not broken or cracked in anyway.

All the hinges and knobs are in tact and working, except for the center top knob. The knob is lose but fits tightly in place.

There are no cracks in the wood and the piece is solid with a good weight to it.

I would handle the item with care and lift from the actual base, not the side flaps.

Good solid bones, good project piece if you dare, but just as beautiful as it is.... a must have for any collector.
