Shipping

• Items are shipped within 4-5 days after the cleared payment. All items are checked and packaged carefully.

• The items are shipped to the customer’s Ebay registered address. Therefore, make sure your “ship to” address is correct. 

• Arrival time depends on the buyer location.

• If you haven’t received your package within the scheduled time period, please do not hesitate to contact us within 24 hours. We’ll update the tracking details for the shipment.

Return

• Return accepted if the product is not as described.

• We try to solve any dispute. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us. We always  try to do our best to satisfing the customers through our service. 

• We will accept returns, and refund full payment ( without shipping cost). The item must be returned to us with the original condition. However, the buyers have to pay the return shipping cost.
