I don't promise my clients first page rankings, as there are numerous factors and time-scales to take into consideration. BUT I can promise you that your SEO score will improve, and your website will be fully compliant with BOTH Google's practices and latest algorithm updates.

Can you do the work without the website logins?

I'm afraid not. Without the website logins, we are unable to physically make the necessary changes.

On-site SEO requires changes to be made to various website meta tags (which in no way affect your site's design and other attributes). The only workaround to this would be for me to provide you a list of the meta tag alterations in the form of a document to implement yourself.
