No marks or signature

This obelisk has no chips or cracks.

No signature or makers mark anywhere.

I'd like to think it's by Francois Godebski, Pierre Giraudon, or Henri Fernandez, but I have no way of knowing.

I didn't even know what an obelisk was until I found this one and so I have very limited knowledge of where or when this was made.

From my research it appears to be made of resin but I'm not 100% sure.
