As this has a gloss seal to the front of the print this can be easily wiped down with a slightly damp cloth

Easily applied to FLAT CLEAN SMOOTH SURFACES (NOT TEXTURED)
such as walls, doors, windows etc. (External Grade ** See NOTES BELOW)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The adhesive is on the back of the graphic (remove backing paper and affix) this does not stick from the front side of sticker

To remove backing paper flip the sticker onto reverse side and peel from the back - do not attempt to peel with the sticker face up as you can end up peeling off the gloss lamination

PREPARATION TO ENSURE ADHESIVENESS & LONGEVITY & BEST RESULTS

Make sure to clean your surface with dry cloth/towel right before applying in order to make sure the wall, surface etc is totally free from dust and dry etc.
Make sure you apply the decals to a SMOOTH FLAT DRY surface

Please ensure you let the graphic warm to room temperature before fitting

* WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH - THESE MUST NOT be applied to freshly painted surfaces

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE APPLYING IF IT IS NEWLY DECORATED AS THE PAINT EMITS CHEMICALS THAT WILL CAUSE ADHESIVE TO FAIL IN TIME.

IF THE WALL IS PAINTED WITH GLOSS PAINT OR A WIPEABLE PAINT YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY A PVA SEALANT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AS THE GRAPHIC COULD LOSE ADHESIVENESS *

As we print these in-house we can usually print and despatch same day if the order is received prior to 10.00am  

Sturdy Strong Postal Tubes are Used for the Protection of Your Sticker During Delivery (this is also why the postal cost is more than just cost of delivery)

Hermes (3-5 working day delivery) is used as standard, or you can upgrade to an express delivery option from the drop down menu (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays)

DAMAGE:

If when you receive your item it is damaged - please forward photographic evidence of the packaging and item immediately to our direct email so we can then instigate a claim with the relevant delivery company and supply a replacement if applicable.  Claims need to be processed within 48 hours so it is imperative that we are notified immediately.

NOTE:  External grade definition:

Can be used outside or externally.  They are water resistant not waterproof.  A water-resistant sticker can stand up to some moisture, both its adhesive properties and its visual design will not be totally impervious to water. Over time, the adhesive and the visual appeal of a water-resistant label can be compromised, if exposed to moisture on a prolonged or regular basis or chemicals used in a cleaning process.
