Chest: 32 inches plus a couple of inches extra at the front due to the ruching.
Waist (9 inches below the armpit): 26 to maybe 28 inches.
Hips (11 inches down), i.e. at the top of the skirt where the briefs start: about 31 inches stretching to 33/34 inches.
