Wrench Spanner is made personally by me, in a small edition.
It is laser-cut from metal, all edges are processed by my hands and powder coated.
I made it because I myself was looking for a week like this and did not find it.
This wrench is suitable for all types of A5 EXA FORM air shock absorbers.
IMPORTANT!!!
BE SURE TO BLEED ALL THE AIR OF THEM ALL SHOCK ABSORBER CHAMBERS BEFORE DISASSEMBLY!!!
Clamp the damper rod mount in a vise through the wood shims before disassembly.
After unscrewing, remove the stem together with the piston and nut to avoid damaging the seals with the piston thread.
After disassembly, remove any remaining sealant inside and blow
Take silicone grease and fill the shock chamber to about 0.1 inch, but its level should not be more than the height of the baffle rubber inside the shock absorber.
IMPORTANT!!!
BE SURE TO BLEED ALL AIR FROM ALL SHOCK ABSORBER CHAMBERS BEFORE DISASSEMBLY!! .
