In good used condition! 

There are 6 of these pikachu's currently and they all have their tush tags intact.

2 B tags

2 C tags

All plush toys have minimal to light wear such as fraying, fabric pilling, marks, spots, smudges, scratches, scuffing, etc. 

There is no major damage on these such as rips/tears/holes/missing pieces/etc that I could see.
