OMG ya'll, hurry and buy these rugs. I have a old 10year+ wash machine that even adding just a few too many pairs of heavy clothes causes my machine to sound like it's possessed by the devil. Don't get me wrong, my machine does clean, however. But of course all my bathroom rugs are the most difficult things to wash because they soak up water and get heavy so I simply don't wash them sometimes. I know, yuck. Finally, I bought these and tadaaa! My wash machine didn't do its normal violent shaking that feels like an earthquake. So perfect! I'm very happy. I was replacing bathroom rugs that had no grip so I was constantly straightening them out. The backing on these mats holds the rugs in place. They don’t slip at all. I didn’t expect the chenille strands to be so thick and didn’t like the look at first. But they are so comfortable to step on and they don’t flatten too much so I quite like how they look and love how they feel. They appear to be a great quality. We’ll see how they wash and wear.
