You are purchasing a hen's choice crested assortment of exactly (6) hatching eggs, all penned separately and purebred. I raise a large variety of rare and unique breeds at the farm, and often have leftover eggs after filling orders. This assortment will be a mixture of eggs collected from my Crested / Top Hat breeds listed below, and is guaranteed to include at least 4 unique breeds! Each egg will be marked to easily identify which breed it was laid by. These eggs are offered at a discount compared to purchasing breeds individually, so please understand that I cannot take breed requests for this listing. If you would like to purchase a specific breed please see my other items, or feel free to message me to place a custom egg order! These eggs will be collected the day of shipment to give them their best chances in transit so your order may not ship immediately depending on the variety available (see top of description for shipping estimate). The eggs will be shipped in foam and unwashed to preserve their natural bloom.

Shipping: Eggs are packed in pre-cut foam egg shippers with large red FRAGILE / THIS SIDE UP stickers. eBay's delivery estimate is not accurate, most orders ship out the same week payment is received unless there are multiple orders in front of you (see top for shipping estimate). Eggs are shipped in the order they are paid, so please message me before ordering if you need your order delivered in a specific timeframe. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by eBay based on your location and can be combined if purchasing multiple items. Eggs can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2-day or UPS 2nd Day Air, so please pay according to your preference at checkout. Insurance is automatically included with every order, and a claim may be filed by the buyer through the selected shipping service in the unlikely event of broken eggs upon delivery.  


Fertility: All breeds are test-hatched weekly to monitor fertility and hatch-ability. A minimum of 2 roosters are kept in each pen to ensure consistent fertility. While every egg will be fresh and fertile when shipped, I cannot guarantee each egg will develop and hatch due to their fragile nature. Eggs that never develop do not mean they were infertile! There are many things that can prevent a viable egg from developing, most of which are caused by trauma during shipping (scrambling, rolling air cells, x-rays, etc).  

 

Disclaimer: * Please be aware of the risks in purchasing shipped eggs! * Rough handing, x-rays, delays in transit and individual incubation practices are only a few factors that can affect your hatch. These can lower fertility rates and even cause broken/scrambled eggs. Because of these many factors that are out of my control I cannot guarantee your hatch rate, and therefore I cannot offer replacements, returns or refunds for any egg orders. All I can do is ship you the freshest eggs packed to the best of my ability. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. Please know that failure to pay, or cancelations once an order is placed, will make you unable to purchase from me in the future. Thank you for your understanding! 


 Why for parts/not working?: Due to a sudden increase in dishonest buyers we have decided to change all our egg listings to parts/not working. We are still offering the same rare breed hatching eggs we have been for 10+ years, but hope to limit those that take advantage of egg sellers by abusing lengthy return windows. This will allow us to continue shipping and selling quality hatching eggs to those that understand you likely will not hatch every egg you receive, even though we'd love if that were the case!
