Upgrade your grinding and finishing with this high-performance Zirconia Flap Disc. Designed for smoother, more consistent results, the overlapping abrasive flaps work at slightly different angles to reduce visible scratch patterns, delivering a finer and more even finish than conventional sanding discs. 

 

As the disc wears, fresh abrasive is continually exposed, ensuring consistent cutting performance and maximizing the life of the disc. This provides a more efficient use of the abrasive material compared to traditional flat sanding sheets, which are often discarded after only a small portion has been used.

40 Grit: Aggressive grinding and weld removal

60 Grit: When medium grinding and finishing are required in one step

80 Grit: Light grinding with more emphasis on finishing

120 Grit: Extra fine surface finishing

- Buyer is not satisfied with item or item is defective in some way.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in good condition
- The buyer must pay for the return shipping costs, unless it is a shipping or item delivery error that Smith & ARROW have made
 
Refund will be issued on change of mind, however item must not be used and returned at the buyer's cost.
