Brand New in the original factory box! This Fire-Tek™ firebrick is made from a totally different
material and there is a huge difference in finish quality between these and the soft Brown Cerra firebrick & Black Ultra Flame Cerra firebricks
that come with the stove and other aftermarket Cerra board
replacements. The Fire-Tek™ firebricks are individually machined on a
on a computer controlled machine and each piece is hand finished &
inspected prior to packaging. They are dimensionally very precise and the overall quality is top notch. Our local customers that have installed these sure do like them & so
will you! If you don't, you can return them for a refund.

WARRANTY:
There
is a 180 day/6 Months manufacturers warranty on this item, from the date of
purchase. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Warranty does not include breakage. If you break the firebrick while handling or installing or if you overtighten the mounting bracket screws, it is NOT covered under the warranty. We suggest that you read and follow the instructions provided. These firebricks typically last from 5 - 10 years when handled and installed properly.
USA SHIPPING:
This
item is heavy & bulky, so in order to help hold your costs down, we
use economy shipping which can take up to 10 working days (14 calendar
days) to arrive. If you are going to need it sooner, you will need to
choose an upgraded shipping option, which will result in an increase
with the shipping costs.
--> ECONOMY $18.50 - You should get your item within 3-10 working days after it is shipped. Shipping is typically by FedEx Ground-SP or USPS with tracking. If you use a PO Box, you must include it along with your street address. NOTE: DO NOT RELY on the automated delivery time estimates by ebay. We have found them to be highly inaccurate and misleading!

RETURNS:
If
you
need to return the part, you can return it UNUSED & NOT INSTALLED within 30 days
for a refund. The shipping
costs that we incur to get the item to you are not refundable. The part
must be in an as received
condition and can not have been installed on your stove or any other
application. The part must be in the original box-package with all internal
contents intact. Once you install the part, it becomes a used part and
is not returnable, except under the terms of the manufacturers limited
warranty. Restocking fees apply.
