Delivery-

Goods under 30kg will be delivered by FedEx or similar courier in 1-2 working days. For highland or island deliveries this will be longer please check with us.

Goods over 30kg will be delivered on a pallet by a truck with a tail lift. If you have any access issues, where a HGV may have trouble getting to you please let us know in advance. The delivery will be to the curb side of the property. The delivery will be a “Book in” service and will take around 3-5 working days, for non-highland mainland UK. For highland or island deliveries this will be longer please check with us. You should expect a phone call to “Book in” the final delivery. Please ensure that we have the best phone number to reach you on.

Note working days are Monday -Friday excluding back holidays!

When the delivery arrives-

You have some time (around 10min) when the delivery arrives to inspect the goods. If they are damaged refuse/ reject the delivery. When you sign for the goods you are agreeing they have arrived in good condition and no claim can be made with the courier for any damage after.

Large goods like this are not suitable for “Click and collect”! we cannot dispatch orders  for delivery to Argos ect.

VAT-

“Outland Tools” is a trading name of NDM Distribution LTD and we are a VAT registered UK business. We will attached a paper copy VAT invoice to your goods when they are shipped. Assembly, set up, maintenance-

Most of the items we sell will need a degree of assembly and setting up. This will include the adding of fuel and other lubricants, assembly / fitting of some parts. Checking and adjusting other parts such as fasteners, belts, cables. Ensuring your machine is correctly set up is your responsibility. We are able to build and test your machine prior to delivery for an additional cost, If you are unable or unwilling to your build the product  yourself, please reach out to us in the “Seller business information”.

Most of our products will need routine maintenance and servicing, this is the owners responsibility and is not “Included” under any manufacturer’s warranty.
