The DrizAir 110 industrial grade dehumidifiers is designed to operate in cooler conditions than most home owner units. It will operate in temperatures down to 45° F, but should not be operated above 100° F. For best operation, maintain temperatures between 70° and 80° F.

Put this in a wet bathroom along with some air movement and it will really speed up the drying process BIG TIME!

It needs a filter, the original one broke down and decomposed. It has a condensate pump and has been cleaned out. A 25 foot long power cord.
