Better quality costume dress, black velvet bodice has gold braid trim. Blue satin skirt trimmed with rosettes with attached petticoat that has net ruffles for added fullness. Capelet may be from a different costume but same size. In good used condition with minor flaws: missing a rosette, a few marks.
